Cyber Security for Beginners
9th July 2021
VisitEngland in partnership with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) are delighted to invite you to “Cyber Security for Beginners" webinar
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) was set up in October 2016 in support of a national ambition, outlined in the UK Government’s National Cyber Security Strategy, to make the UK the safest place to live and work online.
The audience will get an insight into the real life impact that a cyber-attack can have on a small organisation. They will also gain an understanding about what action the organisation took to resolve the incident. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) will then provide an overview of their wide range of free products and guidance that are affordable to implement. These resources will help organisations on their cyber security journey, building their cyber defences and reducing the impact of a cyber-attack, should they become a victim.
