A beautiful Georgian guest house, with nearly 2 acres of stunning gardens and a sun terrace for outdoor drinks and dining. Epchris house is located in the highly-sought after and peaceful Torrs Park area of Ilfracombe, just a 5 minute walk from the South West Coast Path and a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. There is on-site parking for each room and a bar/lounge/games room. We are dog-friendly and also offer dog-free rooms. We serve a highly-rated and very relaxed in-room breakfast including homemade granola and fruit compote, homemade waffles as well as the traditional full English breakfast.
