EV Charging in North Devon

If you're travelling to North Devon via electric vehicle, don't worry about where you're going to recharge - there are a growing number of EV Charging points across the region with many more planned for the coming year. As Devon is hoping to reach net zero by 2050, you'll find that the vast majority of towns and cities offer electric car charging in their car parks and places such as hotels, super markets and other attractions are also installing them.

Getting to Devon in an electric vehicle

As electric car usage grows, so does the number of places to charge your vehicle. You will find that many motorway service stations offer electric car charging points, most with rapid charge (50kw+) options, so whichever route you use to come to North Devon, you can find somewhere to charge. The M5 motorway links the Midlands with the South West and runs through Exeter. You can also access Devon via the M4 corridor at Bristol. An alternative route includes the M3, A303 and the A30.
