Sark is a pleasant Victorian property, it is situated 10 minutes walk from the town centre where you can find an array of pubs, resturants and shops including the famous Butchers Row and Market, Queens Theatre, Leisure Centre and more.
The Bus Station is a 5 minute walk and the Train Station is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the property where you can hire a selection of bikes and explore the world famous Tarka Trail or drive to beautiful Exmoor just around 12 miles away. Buses are available every 20 minutes to all local Blue flag Beaches including, Woolacombe, Croye and Westward Ho! which hire out surfing equipment.
The house itself is a mix of Double, Twin and Family rooms, the large bathroom is situated on the first floor, this can be used by one room or one person at a time as per current COVID rules.
There are no kitchen facilities available in this property although microwaves and mini fridges are available on request, not all rooms offer this service and is dependent on duration of stay and availablility.
Cots are available on request and again only available to certain rooms.
Each room has free Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers fans, handwash and Anti-bac, TV/DVD, mirror and sink with hot and cold running water. Towels are also supplied and are changed every 3 days as is the bedding which is all professionally cleaned.
There are limited parking facilities which are on a first come first served basis and is restricted to one car per room. However street parking is available free from 6 pm to 6 am. Three carparks are but a 3 minute drive from SARK, also permits can be obtained from North Devon District Council (Gov.co.uk).
