About
Woolacombe Dunes Parkrun is a weekly running/walking 5km event run entirely by volunteers, every Saturday at 9am (run starts at 9 so get there before for the briefing).One of the most tough, but stunning Parkrun courses!
All welcome, but you do need to sign up on the parkrun website beforehand and print off your barcode to bring along on the day. Sign up is free and the event is free

You don't have to run, you can walk! You'll never be last as one volunteer tail walks and will be the last person to cross the line!
Kids under 11 need to be accompanied by an adult and stay within arms-reach of that adult
Dogs are welcome, though one dog per runner on a short lead.
You will receive your time later in the day by either text or email depending on your preferences (If you don't bring a bar code you won't get a time)
It's a run/walk, it is not a race!
