The World of The Michelin Star Chef: Talk and Demo with Mark Dodson of The Mason's Arms

Renowned chef, Mark Dodson, who runs the Michelin Star standard restaurant The Mason's Arms at Knowstone, is putting on this afternoon's event especially for The Burton's 70th birthday.

He'll be demonstrating some of skills he uses every day in his kitchen and putting the finishing touches to a three course meal. There are only 20 places so be sure to book early as his masterclasses at the restaurant are often booked up months in advance. There will be coffee at the start and end of the session while you ask questions and chat with Mark about his four decades in the industry.
Mark's book, 'This is Mine' will be available to buy which includes the story of of his career along with over 70 recipes suitable for a domestic kitchen.
