Northam May Fair
About
Welcome to Northam May Fair!Preparations for the the first May Fair in three years have now begun.
We have lots in store for 2022 including all the usual favourites; traction engine rides, may pole dancing, vintage cars and motorcycles, local food and drinks vendors, fairground rides, Morris dancing and Appledore Band to name but a few.
Most of the attractions take place in Fore Street and the Square, the Rectory gardens and Community Centre. This year, with so many stalls and attractions, there will also be things to see and do in Cross Street, the Methodist Church and at Northam Hall. You may also wish to take in the brilliant view over Northam Burrows and beyond from Bone Hill, where you can also read a, little of Northam's History.
The Rectory gardens will once again play host to a Viking-Saxon encampment and battle re-enactments. Joining them this year will be Merlin's Circus Workshop and lifelike Dinosaur display!
