Move and Dance for people with Parkinson's is designed to improve flexibility, use the imagination, forget your worries and have fun to beautiful creative movement and music from Africa, Spain, Mexico and around the world. Make friends afterwards over a cuppa and perform at local events. Classes held every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month with a break at Christmas and start again from Monday 14th January 2019 to 22nd July 2019.
