Award-winning folk singer-songwriter Kirsty Merryn brings her solo tour to Barnstaple this October.The tour follows Kirsty's show-stopping performances opening for folk legends Show of Hands, on their 22-night tour of UK cathedrals in 2017, playing to nearly 14,000 people along the way.
Kirsty's debut album "She & I" is a collection of stories about women from history, from local legend Admiral Nelson's mistress Emma Lady Hamilton, to Annie Edson Taylor, the first person to go over Niagara falls in a barrel. "She & I" released in November 2017 and received a fantastic reception, reaching Number 3 in the Amazon Folk Bestsellers download chart, garnering national and local airplay, winning awards, and receiving reviews in the Guardian, the Sunday Express and many more. Join us for a night to remember at the beautiful St Anne's Community Centre.
