Honey Talk & Tasting Experience
About
You are invited to an evening like no other!
Celebrating honey, food and the heritage of Quince Honey Farm, as well as a nod (or bow?) to our new King who is a known supporter of bees, this unique experience will sate your senses and tantalise your taste buds!
This will be an evening of discovery, sharing and celebrating the many qualities and tastes produced by our magnificent honeybees. Known as the 'food of the gods' to the ancient Greeks and classified as a medicine in China, honey has a rich and fascinating history.
Learn about and taste a selection of honeys from around the world as well as our own, and discover how the honeybees make such enormous varieties possible. Exploring colour, texture, and smell, we will embark you on your very own honey connoisseur journey.
Then, immerse yourself in our 5 course taster menu that will showcase local produce, seasonality and how honey is integrated within food. Prepared by our talented chefs in our award-winning Nectary Restaurant, each course has a story behind it and will set your senses running wild!
If you have a thirst for knowledge about nature, bees and honey, plus enjoy the thrill of good quality, locally produced food, then join us at our first ever Honey Talk and Tasting Experience.
