This successful and friendly event sets out to help artists and the public come together in the relaxed settings of the artists' homes, studios, workshops and a variety of venues. Developing relationships between artists and visitors brings wonderful insights into the artists' ideas and their creating processes.

Artists taking part in the open studios have the opportunity to create a dialogue with the visiting public and show any work in progress, sell original artwork and hold demonstrations and workshops throughout the event.

Printed Art Trek brochures will be available a month before and during the event, from White Moose, Trinity Street, Barnstaple, EX32 8HX and from TICs, Galleries, Museums and various shops and businesses spread across North Devon.
