Appledore Book Festival

The 2021 Appledore Book Festival is celebrating its 15th year and runs from 16-25 September in and around the beautiful village of Appledore.

This year's stellar line-up so far includes the author, presenter, musician and vicar, the Reverend Richard Coles; author, Radio 2 and TV presenter Sara Cox; comedian and mental health campaigner Ruby Wax, actor and comedian Tim Vine; crime-writer and author of TV hit series, Vera and Shetland, Ann Cleeves; celebrity chef Rick Stein, international best-selling author Kate Mosse OBE; doctor and broadcaster, Sarah Jarvis; and politcial commenator Jon Sopel already secured.

The festival kicks off on 16 September with an exciting four-day 'big top' marquee style festival at Skern Lodge followed by a further fabulous six-day festival housed in venues in the wonderful village of Appledore.
