Appledore Book Festival
About
The 2021 Appledore Book Festival is celebrating its 15th year and runs from 16-25 September in and around the beautiful village of Appledore.This year's stellar line-up so far includes the author, presenter, musician and vicar, the Reverend Richard Coles; author, Radio 2 and TV presenter Sara Cox; comedian and mental health campaigner Ruby Wax, actor and comedian Tim Vine; crime-writer and author of TV hit series, Vera and Shetland, Ann Cleeves; celebrity chef Rick Stein, international best-selling author Kate Mosse OBE; doctor and broadcaster, Sarah Jarvis; and politcial commenator Jon Sopel already secured.
The festival kicks off on 16 September with an exciting four-day 'big top' marquee style festival at Skern Lodge followed by a further fabulous six-day festival housed in venues in the wonderful village of Appledore.
Priority 'early bird' tickets for Friends of the Festival go on sale 17 July and with general ticket sales from 24 July. You can join as a Friend online for just £20. Go to www.appledorebookfestival.co.uk to find out more.
