Animal Sculpture 4-Day Workshop

Come and be inspired with us at The Sculpture School on one of our 4-day sculpture workshops.

Over the four days, master sculptor Andrew Sinclair MRBS, will share his professional techniques and demonstrate his inspirational approach to sculpting using the Sinclair Method – which is unique to The Sculpture School and not taught anywhere else.

This distinctive teaching method will enable you to achieve results way beyond your expectations.

On this 4-Day Animal Sculpture Workshop you will be learning about the design and anatomy of a selected group of animals, armature construction, application of clay, the importance of measurement and how to achieve a realistic animal figure to scale. As well as discovering skills for creating great surface textures such as skin and fur in a very practical hands-on way.

This workshop is suitable for beginners or for those wishing to refresh their sculpting skills. All the materials and resources you will need to complete the course are included in the workshop fee: clay, course manual, back iron, base and armature, use of the Sinclair Sculpture tools and charts, your own dedicated workstation, refreshments and a light lunch served daily in our onsite refectory.

All workshops take place in our purpose built venue, with plenty of free level access parking outside.
