Willingcott Valley Holiday Village offers outstanding self-catering accommodation on the outskirts of Woolacombe. There are a range of high-quality cottages to choose from that offer great value holiday accommodation, all located in the stunning North Devon countryside. Site facilities include a heated outdoor pool (May-September) and central clubhouse.
The charming 2, 3 and 4 bed cottages are full of character and charm and offer a perfect base for your dream holiday whether you are a couple, staying with family or friends or even a large group. A number of cottages are converted from old farm buildings and retain many original features whilst others offer bespoke accommodation. All cottages are comfortable, beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Each cottage has an open plan living room and dining area that is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen’s are fully equipped with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. All bedrooms come with quality bed linen and towels and many have en-suites. The majority of cottages have underfloor heating and/ or thermostatically controlled radiators. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request.
Our wonderful cottages are located on the tranquil 100-acre estate and take advantage of uninterrupted views of the stunning Willingcott Valley and the surrounding landscape. Take relaxing strolls and explore the picturesque valley. There are numerous ponds to discover that attract an array of wildlife, you can even feed the ducks. Just outside the estate the Tarka Trail can be located, perfect for cycling.
The Holiday Village benefits from having the award winning Woolacombe beach on its doorstep, perfect for quintessential beach days. Woolacombe also has great pubs and restaurants, to take advantage of after a day on the beach. Other fantastic beach locations such as Croyde, Saunton and Putsborough are only a short drive away.
North Devon is the perfect holiday destination offering an array of stunning scenery and attractions, you will find something for everyone whatever the season or weather. There are fantastic places to visit such as; Baggy Point, Mortehoe, Lynton & Lynmouth, Lundy Island and Exmoor National Park. Or great family attractions such as Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way, National Trust at Arlington Court or RHS Rosemoor, they are all within easy reach. If its adventure and active pursuits that interest you then you are spoilt for choice. With access to some of the UK’s best surfing beaches why not learn to surf or try other water sports such as SUP, coasteering or kayaking. We recommend you take advantage of the South West Coast Path or cycle the Tarka Trail of which the northern section would be accessible from your holiday home. Alternatively, North Devon is blessed with a number of great golf courses including the oldest club in England and the two world class courses at Saunton Golf Club.

At junction 27 of the M5 take the A361 exit to Tiverton/ Barnstaple.
Follow the A361 to Barnstaple and then continue on the A361 through Braunton towards Ilfracombe.
Turn left at the sign-post for Spreacombe and then first right onto Willingcott Hill. At the top, turn right and your destination will be on the right.
