Little Bray House is a large farmhouse with two holiday cottages in the wings of the house.
Each cottage is private and self-contained.
The Barn Cottage sleeps 4 and the Orchard Cottage (east wing) sleeps 5.
The gardens and woodland areas include a small play area for young children and areas for football and racing around.
Exmoor is sheep farming country and farmers like dogs to be on leads at all times.
Owners live on site and welcome guests.
This is a central area for exploring Exmoor, the North Devon coast and easy access to Exeter.
Car essential. There is no public transport.
Prices from £450 to £700 p.w. Saturday to Saturday.
